United States - Shipping Information

Free Standard Shipping Over $99. Saddles Ship for Free. 

All saddles and orders over $99 receive free standard shipping in the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping, however, affordable shipping options are available. Standard shipments may ship through UPS or USPS. 

Shipping Options: USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air. Please enter your address information at check-out for shipping rates. Please note, weekends and holidays do not count as a business or shipping day for your order. Otherwise, orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 9 AM Mountain Standard Time will likely be shipped same day. 

Transit Times: The transit time for in-stock items dispatched via ground delivery (such as UPS Ground, USPS First Class, and USPS Priority Mail) can range from 3 to 7 days. Please be aware that although standard or ground shipping aims for a transit time of 3–7 days, there is no assurance that there won't be any delays or extensions of the transit times. UPS Second Day Air shipments offer second business-day shipments (not including weekends or holidays), however, UPS does not provide a money back guarantee for delayed UPS Second Day Air shipments. USPS Priority Mail Express provides next-day to 2-days deliveries with a money back guarantee. UPS Next Day Air is an overnight, guaranteed shipping service.

Please note: Saddle Up will only honor guarantees provided by USPS or UPS. The above information can change at any time. International - Shipping Information

How do I place an international order? Please call our store at 303-772-7821 or email us at info@saddleupcolorado.net to place an international order.

Shipping Option: All international shipments are dispatched via Priority Mail Express International with Global Post. 

Taxes, Duties & Fees: Saddle Up does not cover any taxes, duties or fees incurred for international shipments. It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities for any duties or taxes that may be levied against your purchase.

Transit Times: Priority Mail Express International shipments may be delivered within 3-5 business days to more than 180 countries. However, international shipments regularly face delays, so please keep that in mind shipment times can vary from 3-20 days. Customs processing times can vary. 

 

Route Package Protection Insurance 

Important Notice - Saddle Up will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages if a customer decides not to use Route Package Protection. However, if your order has defects or your suspect is was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at info@saddleupcolorado.net and we will be happy to work with your to remedy the situation. 

Saddle Up is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to our customers and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. 

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

What do I get when I insure my order with Route+?

Route is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen or damaged order? 

If you have insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/. Please note, you will need either your Order ID from our store or Route Order ID to complete the claim form.
