I was looking for a longer throatlatch for a dark brown western headstall I have, because every part of it fit my Hanoverian/thoroughbred mare, except for the throat latch which was only 40 inches long and too tight for her. I didn’t measure this new throat latch, but it’s probably about 42 inches long, which is perfect for her. Nice quality leather, especially for the price.
