Saddle Up is a western saddle and tack shop in Longmont, Colorado run and operated by Dick and his daughter Danna. It was founded by Dick who started it as a retirement hobby in 1997. Dick started with a dozen saddles in his basement, but the business grew quickly and it soon grew to more than a retirement hobby and eventually grew so much it moved to the current location in 2010. Danna started helping her dad full time and is now dedicated to expanding the shop while maintaining the highest quality of customer service and products.

Our product selection ranges wide and far. Just look around our website to see what we have! Our customer target is all types of western riders including barrel racers, team ropers, reiners, trail riders, cutters, show and everything in between. Whether you're professional, competitive, or just ride for fun, we have everything you need from grooming supplies, saddles, and tack to fun stuff like jewelry, purses, perfumes and colognes, and all those fun knick-knacks that are great for gifts or to decorate your house, barn and/or tack room with!

We also provide quality services such as saddle fitting and saddle/leather repair.

Dick oversees all the saddle fitting and is a fantastic saddle fitter! He is dedicated to finding the right saddle for your horse. His vast knowledge of saddles, horses, and horse behavior is invaluable and his love of horses is inspirational.

Bill is our saddle/leather repair guy and does amazing work! It is vital to your safety and the horse's safety that all tack is in good condition, so don't hesitate to bring in anything to get a repair estimate!
